Azure Cloud & Security Engineer

• Build, secure, and maintain cloud infrastructure supporting reliable, scalable, production-ready applications
• Own and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Bicep
• Develop and manage Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, including deployment promotion from UAT to production
• Configure and maintain Azure Container Apps environments
• Implement and optimize autoscaling strategies using KEDA
• Collaborate with the API Management team to configure and integrate SoFiles storage with the platform
• Implement and maintain security controls aligned with relevant security standards and OWASP guidelines
• Integrate Microsoft Entra ID for secure authentication, identity management, and access control
• Establish and maintain platform monitoring, logging, and alerting
• Identify infrastructure, security, and deployment risks and implement reliability improvements
• Collaborate with development, security, and platform teams to promote cloud engineering best practices

• Strong experience working with Microsoft Azure cloud environments
• Hands-on experience with Bicep and Infrastructure as Code practices
• Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of deployment strategies and environment promotion, particularly from UAT to production
• Experience with Azure Container Apps and container-based application deployments
• Experience implementing autoscaling solutions, preferably using KEDA
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, including authentication, authorization, and identity integration
• Understanding of cloud security principles, access management, and secure infrastructure configuration
• Familiarity with OWASP security guidelines and secure application deployment practices
• Experience with cloud monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational troubleshooting
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively across engineering teams
• Experience integrating Azure storage solutions with API Management services (nice to have)
• Knowledge of Azure networking, secrets management, and managed identities (nice to have)
• Experience with security assessments, vulnerability remediation, and cloud security best practices (nice to have)
• Familiarity with high-availability architectures and autoscaling strategies for high-volume workloads (nice to have)
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring, incident investigation, and platform reliability improvements (nice to have)
• Relevant Azure certifications in cloud administration, security, or DevOps (nice to have)
