Beyond 12

Beyond 12 is a national tech-enabled nonprofit organization focused on increasing higher education success for first-generation and under-resourced students. The organization provides personalized coaching through near-peer coaches who help students navigate barriers to college success, strengthen their resilience, and engage with their academic environment. Beyond 12 also offers a campus-customized mobile app, MyCoach, which uses an AI-powered analytics engine to predict which students need help and offer specific interventions. By partnering with institutions, Beyond 12 aims to increase student engagement, retention, and success, addressing systemic inequities and empowering students to achieve their college degrees, ultimately contributing to their social and economic mobility.
